In order to deliver current and relevant communication to our residents, the EDH HOA is in the process of updating our site. We have set up a members only section. This allows us to offer PRIVATE news and updates to residents both through email and by posting on Members Only Pages. In order to do this we will need each person to register as a HOA Subscriber first on this page ADDING AND UPDATING all information requested below.

Once you have subscribed and have given the Board your information including a verified email address, we will respond to you with directions to set up your Membership Login.

2024 ASSESSMENT WILL REMAIN AT $230 PER LOT

INVOICES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL AGAIN THIS YEAR.

If you do not have an email or have not yet provided one, please contact us via the "Contact Us"
button below. Invoices for those without a valid email will be mailed to the address on file.

PAYMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE THROUGH PAYPAL OR CAN BE MADE VIA CHECK and either mailed to the HOA at the address below or dropped in the secure lockbox near the entrance to El Dorado Heights (next to the large bulletin board).
